Accommodation Pack

We provide special packs for participants. All-packs include accommodation and pass (visa) to World of Dance CAMP activities!

  • Reception desk is open from 7 am to 10pm, check-in starts at 3pm on the 14th of August, check-out is until 11am on the 18th of August.
  • Max 4 beds in rooms are available (2 adults + 2 kids)
  • The price is defined by the number of paying visitors over 4 years of age.
  • Children under the age of 4 sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge.
  • Cots are available on the request (€8/day). The price of a separate bed for children under 4 years is €18/day.
  • The price reduction for children in a multi-bed room requires the presence of at least one adult in the room.
  • When booking a room for several persons, accommodation will be in one bedroom, a right for separate bedrooms does not exist.
  • Arrival during the day is possible. Check-in starts at 3.30pm, check-out is until 11am. A luggage room is available in the hotel.
  • All rooms and themed suites are non-smoking areas.
  • Breakfast is included from 7am until 10am.
  • Restaurants in the hotels are open for dinner from 6pm until 10pm.
  • Parking is available for hotel guests, transfer service is available on the request (the closest train station: Ringsheim/Europa-Park).
  • Hotel-Shuttle Resort: As a hotel guest, you can use free bus to the exclusive Europa-Park entrance, Rulantica, YULLBE and Eatrenalin as well as the other entertainment spots.
  • The use of pool and sauna areas at the Europa-Park Hotels as well as Fitness areas (massage and solarium) are with extra charge!
  • Playgrounds for children in the restaurants, free internet, changing program for children and adults are included.
